Tools and materials: pens, ink, brushes, watercolors, sketchbooks.
Warm-up exercises: Loose line sketches of small objects.

How to frame your scene: Rule of thirds, focal points.
One-point and two-point perspective basics.
Thumbnail sketching: Planning a scene in under 5 minutes.
