School holidays just got a whole lot more colourful! Join us at Art on Main for a brilliant week of hands-on creative fun, where every single day brings a brand-new project to dive into.
From splashy watercolour birds and a paint-and-slurp morning to squishy sand clay keepsakes, your very own painted tote bag, and the cutest puppy drawing you'll ever sketch, there's something to spark every young imagination.
It's all about making, mess, laughter, and going home with something to be proud of. No experience needed and no skill required — just bring your enthusiasm and we'll take care of the rest!
Day 4
Drawing
Draw the Cutest Puppy You’ve Ever Seen
Think you can't draw? Think again! In this friendly, encouraging class you'll learn the simple secrets the artists use — how to spot shapes, angles, size and shadow — and watch your drawing skills improve before your very eyes.
Step by step, we'll guide you in sketching an adorable little puppy peeking out of a teacup, full of charm and character. You'll be amazed at what you can create with a pencil and a few clever tricks. Come along, give it a go, and surprise yourself!
Day 5
Paint a Bag
Design Your Very Own One-of-a-Kind Tote
Here's your chance to wear your art everywhere you go! You'll paint your own canvas tote bag with whatever design your imagination dreams up — a cheerful ladybird, blooming flowers, your name, or something completely your own. Choose your design and we'll be right beside you to help bring it to life.
You'll learn how to paint neatly on fabric so your colours stay bright wash after wash, and you'll leave with a practical, gorgeous bag you actually made yourself. It's creative, useful, and seriously fun — perfect for every budding designer.
